MANILA, Philippines — The Senate Blue Ribbon subcommittee continues its investigation on the alleged overpricing of the Makati City Hall II parking building on Wednesday, 9:30 a.m.
Detractors of the former mayor, Vice President Jejomar Binay, are expected to appear anew at the hearing. Antonio Tiu, Binay's alleged dummy, will also face the panel.
