Remaining national holidays for 2014

MANILA, Philippines - The Philippines is still looking forward to seven national holidays before the end of 2014.

President Benigno Aquino III signed Proclamation 655 last September 25, 2013 which declared 18 national holidays, including December 24 and 25 as a special non-working holiday "to foster closer family ties and enable our countrymen to observe Christmas more meaningfully."

Check the list of remaining holidays below:

REGULAR HOLIDAYS    
Bonifacio Day November 30 Sunday
Christmas Day December 25 Thursday
Rizal Day  December 30 Tuesday
     
SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAYS    
All Saints' Day November 1 Saturday
Additional special non-working day December 24 Wednesday
Additional special non-working day December 26 Friday
