John Lloyd Cruz wants Bea Alonzo, Vincent Co over for dinner
KELOWNA, Canada — "One More Chance" fans are getting excited over the possibility of John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo getting together for some quality time.
This was after John Lloyd invited Bea and her partner, Vincent Co, president of supermarket chain Puregold, for a meal at his residence.
Earlier this week, Bea posted on Instagram photos of her trip to Dubrovnik, Croatia. Many users also speculated that Vincent accompanied her.
The Croatian city is a famous tourist destination in the Mediterranean Sea and the filming location of several projects, including "Game of Thrones."
Bea pointed out as much the different locations she visited where the popular show shot scenes of King's Landing and Qarth.
"What an adventure — Dubrovnik, Croatia truly feels like stepping straight into Westeros," Bea closed her caption.
Fans, however, had their eyes peeled at the comment by user @dumpsitegallery, an alternate account of John Lloyd's.
"Tambay tayo dito sa bahay pag may time kayo ni boss Vincent. Will ask Isabel to seek inspirations to cook," commented John Lloyd, adding that his girlfriend made good food.
Replies to John Lloyd's comment were quickly flooded with references to Popoy and Basha, the actors' characters in the popular Filipino film "One More Chance."
The movie was released at the peak of John Lloyd and Bea's love team success and is still beloved nearly two decades since its release.
The two actors also starred together in "Miss You Like Crazy," "Maging Sino Ka Man," "Close to You," "It Might Be You," " A Beautiful Affair," "All About Love," "Now That I Have You," "The Mistress," among others.
Their last onscreen appearance was 2015's "A Second Chance," the "One More Chance" sequel, wherein they reprised Popoy and Basha during married life.
