The invite-only “Cloud Dominion” party, marking the debut of Kaizer, drew a mix of celebrities and digital stars at The Tent along Gatchalian Drive in Las Piñas City.

Among the special guests who showed up were Zeinab Harake, Sachzna Laparan, Maui Taylor and Boss Toyo. The night’s hosting duties were covered by actress-comedienne Tuesday Vargas and former radio personality Sam YG.

Rapper Flow G took the stage for the main performance, with DJs Arra and Charles Leoquinco providing the party beats throughout the rest of the evening. Behind the scenes, filmmaker and concert director GB Sampedro of Five 2 Seven Entertainment Productions steered the program.

The launch gathering for the vape lifestyle brand was led by the young business couple Lilac Tayaban (chief operating officer) and Gen Vincent Fabro (chief executive officer). They said the brand’s name is derived from the German word for “emperor,” symbolizing their goal to lead the market.

One of the night’s surprises was when Boss Toyo was introduced as the company’s chief marketing officer. The host of the popular online series “Pinoy Pawnstars” and the newly opened “Pinoy Pawnstars” museum in Quezon City clarified, in response to press questions, that he is not an endorser due to existing regulations regarding such brands. Instead, he described his role as providing expertise in influencer marketing strategies. When asked by this paper about his absence from the recent State of the Nation Address, Toyo said he was invited but missed it due to prior charity commitments.

Meanwhile, in a speech, Lilac stated that the company is “fully compliant,” meaning they hold a valid Philippine Standard (PS) License for Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products issued by the Department of Trade and Industry’s Bureau of Philippine Standards. The owners, likewise, noted that all their products bear internal revenue tax stamps as proof of excise tax payment. All event materials displayed health warnings mandated by the Department of Health. These government regulations are designed to ensure product safety and quality, as well as to restrict access by minors across online, digital and physical sales platforms.

Due to past setbacks, Lilac said they took their time with Kaizer and “made sure to do everything right.”

Other party attendees spotted were content creators Mark Pascual (Boss G), John Florence Argota (Sir Jack), actor-comedian Elyson Edourd Caranza (GHOST Wrecker), singer-songwriter Justin Vasquez, e-Sports figures H2WO and Ch4knu, talent streamer Jhewelry Hershey Dela Cerna, Rodfil Macasero of comedy duo Moymoy Palaboy, Fil-British actor-singer Luke Alford, and singer-actress Gabb Skribikin.
