MANILA, Philippines — Kapuso actress Rita Daniel confessed that she once was a third party to a celebrity couple who brokeup because of her.

In her guesting in "Sarap 'Di Ba?," Rita, as well as Ken Chan and Kristoffer Martin, played "True or Charot" wherein they would say a statement, and other players would determine if the statement is true or false.

"Na-experience ko maging third party sa isang relasyon. Naghiwalay sila dahil sa akin," Rita said.

Kristoffer said that it was false, but Ken, Rita's former love team partner, said that it's true.

When asked by host Carmina Villaroel if it's true, Rita confirmed it.

"Kasi usually, sabi kapag mga ganyan, wala na sila, hindi na sila okay, tapos meron pa rin pala.

"So, nu'ng nalaman ko, siyempre tinigil ko. So, nu'ng tinigil, medyo naging makulit si guy," Rita said.

"So, ako naman, ginawa ko lahat para hindi siya matuloy. Pero siyempre, nu'ng nalaman ni girl, naghiwalay sila. Also, nu'ng nangyari kasi 'yun, wala pa akong God no'n sa buhay ko," she added.

Rita said that she already apologized to the couple, which she refused to name. She gave a clue that it happened between 2017 and 2018.

"Nag-sorry naman ako. Lahat ginawa ko, many times (humingi ako ng tawad)," she said.

Rita said that the celebrity couple are now married with each other.
