MANILA, Philippines — In an unexpected turn of events, the anticipated humor of Vice Ganda celebrating the 7th year of his show “Gandang Gabi Vice” (GGV) became emotional as he broke down in tears to remember his childhood.

In a new segment “Tanong Mo Mukha Mo” hosted by “Asia's King of Talk” Boy Abunda, the host showed seven faces to Vice, to whom Vice can ask a question. Seven faces were shown to Vice because the show celebrates its seventh anniversary.

One of the faces showed to Vice was Tutoy, his childhood self. Vice asked his childhood self.

The GGV host said that he will be forever Tutoy because of his mother’s love.

“Tutoy is my nanay’s source of joy, I will forever be Tutoy. There are moments na nakakaligtaan ko na si Tutoy, but I always remind myself na ‘uy you have to go back to Tutoy’ Because Tutoy is real.

Kaya ‘di pwedeng mawala si Tutoy kasi s’ya ‘yung kasiyahan ng nanay ko, and that’s the most important thing in this world,” Vice maintained.

That’s the most important thing.”

Vice’s mother joined him onstage and hugged him.

Other faces showed to Vice in the segment included Charo Santos-Concio; Tito, Vic and Joey; President Rodrigo Duterte, Coco Martin, Ricci Rivero, and his departed father Reynaldo Viceral.

To Tito, Vic, and Joey, Vice asked: “Natatawa ba kayo sa akin o nabwibwisit kayo sa’kin?”

Abunda asked Vice that if he would be given a chance to star in a movie with Tito, Vic, and Joey, what would the title be? Vice suggested “Eat Showtime” or “Sina Tito, Vic at Joey kasama ang isang beki.”

When showed the face of his father, Vice asked the question: “Kasi nung nawala sya, hindi pa ko ganito, so kung makakausap ko s’ya ngayon, ‘Tay ano pong gusto n’yong sabihin sakin?”

Boy asked Vice that if he has a chance to show a loved one to his father, who would he introduced to his father?

Vice said he will introduce his first girlfriend to his dad. Vice quipped.

When asked what he would ask Duterte, Vice said: “Bukas ka ba sa posibilidad, dahil sa inyo naman nanggaling ang change is coming, bukas ka ba sa posibilidad nang pagpapa-nose lift?”

On June 4, GGV’s June 3, seventh anniversary episode took the number one trending on Twitter with over 20,900 tweets using the hashtag #GGVPito.
