Elmo & Maxene are new Kickers ambassadors

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Siblings Elmo and Maxene Magalona have been announced as the newest Filipino brand ambassadors for the French footwear brand for its 2015 holiday campaign.

Kickers is an iconic fashion brand popular for its high-quality footwear. The brand makes unique footwear for confident and stylish people who don’t want to compromise comfort and quality. A quick trip down the memory lane will make you remember how in the ‘90s, almost everyone can be spotted with their own statement pair of Kickers shoes.

Kickers has been associated with different music icons such as The Stone Roses, Noel Gallagher and Jarvis Cocker to more contemporary artists such as the Kaiser Chiefs, Arctic Monkeys and The Enemy.

For its holiday campaign, Kickers named actors and social media influencers Elmo and Maxene as its new faces. Elmo, 21, and Maxene, 28, are children of the late celebrated rapper Francis Magalona. Having been surrounded with musically-inclined people at an early age, both Elmo and Maxene have adopted the love for music. With their love for music and fashion, plus their edgy yet spirited personalities, the duo suits Kickers perfectly. The siblings are currently signed under ABS-CBN.

Kickers is exclusively distributed in the Philippines by the Primer Group of Companies — Asia’s next retail giant. For details, visit www.kickers.co.uk. Like Kickers on Facebook at www.facebook.com/KickersPhilippines or follow them on Instagram at @kickersph.
