John Lloyd Cruz talks about ‘A Second Chance’

MANILA, Philippines – John Lloyd Cruz is excited with his upcoming film with Bea Alonzo, “A Second Chance.”

This is the sequel of their 2007 film “One More Chance.”

“We’re talking about an eight-year-old marriage. Ang daming magandang pag-usapan do’n, ano ba mga nagbago,” he said about the story of the film. “Mga istorya po ito ng mga totoong taong nakausap namin, nakausap ng aming creative team.”

The Kapamilya actor said he cannot believe that their film still lives on eight years after it was released.

“Nagpapasalamat kami dahil hindi kami nahihirapan na idikit ‘yong istorya ni Popoy at Basha doon sa nangyari sa One More Chance,” he said. “We’re very excited to tell a story na very mature and very real.”

The film is directed by Cathy Molina and will be in cinemas on November 25.
