OPM artists take part in Pope Francis album

Jett Pangan composed “Strong,” Noel Cabangon wrote “ Lumapit Ka Lang,” and Ebe Dancel penned “Di Magmamaliw” as contribution for the Pope Francis album.

MANILA, Philippines- Jett Pangan wants to give back for all the blessings and gifts he received by taking part in the album for the coming of Pope Francis in the Philippines.

“My way of saying thanks to God for the gifts and blessings that He has given me. Giving back to God and to the community,” Jett said in an interview with Gretchen Fulido aired in “TV Patrol” on Wednesday.

He was also inspired with the message that the album wants to send to the public.

“Ang ganda ng message, it's gaining added strength through faith. Malakas tayo but we can be stronger through faith. That there's a God who cares for us,” he said.
