Enchong Dee in a relationship with a non-showbiz girl

MANILA, Philippines – After months of being coy about his romantic status, Enchong Dee has finally revealed that he is in a relationship with a non-showbiz girl.

 

In an interview with ABS-CBN's showbiz talk show “The Buzz” aired on Sunday, the ABS-CBN talent said he has been dating the non-showbiz girl for almost a year now. He refused to identify the girl. 

 

Enchong is following the advice of onscreen partner Erich Gonzales, who has been in a relationship with a non-showbiz guy for over three years now.

 

“Yun ang kagandahan sa non-showbiz, kasi parang, unless you tell people, no one would find out,” he said.

 

He added: “I'm happy na low key lang. Siguro just like Erich, it took her three years (to post photo of boyfriend on Instagram). So siguro yung ano ko, it would take time. I want her life to be private, I want her life to be away from all the buzz.”

 

“Ayoko na rin magsalita. Doon kasi nagsisimula yung pang-uusisa ng mga tao,” Enchong said when asked if he would introduce his girlfriend to the public.

 

Enchong was romantically linked to Julia Montes in 2012 after working on a movie together. 

 

The Kapamilya actor was also linked to Dominique Cojuangco, the daughter of Gretchen Barretto, last year after appearances in public events together. However, the two said they are just friends.
