Vice Ganda: 'I am single'

MANILA, Philippines- Vice Ganda is single.

He confirms this in an interview with Push, an entertainment site, where he said “I am single. I am happy and single, happy and single parang ang bitter lang. Single ako pero okay lang.”

The “Ganda Gabi Vice” host said that it was not a sudden breakup and that he has anticipated it.

“Hindi kasi nakita ko na rin ito,” he said. â€œNaramdaman ko na, napaghandaan ko na. Siyempre hurting, I am not perfectly fine but I am okay.”

“Oo, 'yun na 'yun. Napag-usapan naman, e, we took some time para pag-isipan na hindi muna magkita.”

In a previous interview on “Buzz ng Bayan,” Vice said he wanted his partner to eventually end up with a woman.

“Gusto ko mag-asawa siya kasi, ewan ko, feeling ko magiging masaya rin naman siya doon,” he said.

Despite being sad about the breakup, he said he's still thankful that work keeps him busy.

"Busy naman ako, hindi ko siya masyadong napapansin. Okay lang, hindi pa siguro sa akin nagsisink in. Parang shocked pa, hindi pa nga ako masyadong umiiyak.”

For now, the “It's Showtime” host would like to focus on work and “enjoy" his life.
