Solenn renews exclusive contract with GMA

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Solenn Heussaff remains a Kapuso after she inked an exclusive three-year contract with GMA Network. The contract-signing was held today at the GMA Network Center and attended by top Kapuso officers.

Present in the contract signing were GMA chairman and CEO Felipe Gozon; president and COO Gilberto Duavit Jr.; SVP for entertainment VP Lilybeth Rasonable; VP for entertainment TV Marivin Arayata; AVP for alternative productions Gigi Santiago-Lara; AVP for corporate communications Angela Javier Cruz; program manager Charles Koo; and Solenn’s manager Leo Dominguez.

Aside from being part of Sunday All Stars and being one of the hosts of Taste Buddies, Solenn now joins the cast of the primetime series Adarna as the beautiful-winged Ibong Adarna. She is very happy with her latest TV project on GMA Telebabad. “Sa first taping day pa lang, sobrang easy na. Nung pumasok ako, we are all friends. Fun sa set and they help me with my lines. Very helpful sila.”

Lilybeth shared that she is very proud of Solenn’s achievements and the network will continue to provide good projects for her, â€œEver since, she has shown how good she is as an artist. She is very easy to work with. There was no doubt that we will renew her. She is going to continue with Sunday All Stars kasi doon napapakita yung musical side niya, and sometimes make-up artist din siya for her team. Then she still has the hosting job in GMA News TV. And with what we saw in Akin Pa Rin Ang Bukas, definitely we will be giving her more challenging roles.”
