Mocha Girls return to Canada

MANILA, Philippines - In November, the Mocha Girls are set to fly to Canada for the third time for a series of shows. For this tour, the girls promise a longer production of two hours with a new set list of high-energy numbers to better entertain the Filipino and Canadian audiences.

The Mocha Girls will also introduce new members, namely; Mary Jane Santiaguel, Jessica “Seika” Hashizume and Giana “Georgina” Yumul to complement the original members Margaux “Mocha” Uson, Mary Mae dela Cerna and Francoise Fainsan.

The Mocha Girls recently attended the Malaysia Day celebrations. They performed in Kuala Lumpur and in Miri. Their show in Miri was said to be the biggest Malaysian Day event, attended by over 5,000 people, including VIPs, government officials and other celebrities.

Prior to Canada, they will be doing 20 shows in Japan this month. Their shows here and abroad are directed by their manager Lord Byron Cristobal with stage manager Roberto Capia.

The Canada shows will happen on the following dates and venues: Nov. 15 in Regina, Nov. 16 in Saskatoon, Nov. 22 in Winnipeg and Nov. 23 in Neepawa.

The Mocha Girls are scheduled to do a photoshoot in Winnipeg to be attended by top photographers in that part of Canada.
