Phil waiting for the right time to marry Angel

MANILA, Philippines - Footballer Phil Younghusband admits he and girlfriend Angel Locsin have already talked about the possibility of settling down.

However, the 26-year-old athlete said they’re waiting for the right time before they get married.

“I might tell her I want to marry her and I tell her I want to be with her, and she says the same thing back. But when the right time is, we don’t know yet,” he said in the “Ikaw Na” segment of ABS-CBN’s late night news program “Bandila” on Wednesday, August 21.

Phil added settling down currently isn’t part of his and Angel’s priorities right now.

“Marami siyang ginagawa ngayon and I have a lot of things too,” he said.

Phil said his dream wedding would be a garden wedding.

“Like what you see in the movies,” he said.

Phil admitted his relationship with Kapamilya actress Angel more than a year after they first started dating.
