Penguins, etc. in Wild Case

MANILA, Philippines - Thirteen fairy penguins from an endangered colony are found dead in and around the Sydney suburb of Manly in Australia. When the news breaks that they could have been killed by dogs or foxes, tensions rise between local conservationists and dog owners who believe their pets should be able to freely roam the beaches where the penguins live. Poison traps are laid. Snipers take up positions on the beach. Will the mystery killer be found?
