Banana Split goes to Davao

MANILA, Philippines - The wacky barkada of ABS-CBN gag show Banana Split invades Davao City today, 4 p.m. at Abreeza Mall.

Bond with Melai Cantiveros, Jayson Gainza, Kean Cipriano and Pooh in an afternoon packed with entertainment and watch out for their production numbers. The show is free as the program’s way of thanking its fans and viewers for the warm appreciation they give weekly to Banana Split Extra Scoop and Banana Nite.

Watch the Banana Split barkada every Saturday in Banana Split Extra Scoop and Mondays to Thursdays in Banana Nite, which continues to be a trending topic on social networking sites every night for its entertaining punch lines, most especially Jayson Gainza’s segment Ihaw na where Jayson impersonates Boy Abunda. Similar to Boy’s Ikaw na in ABS-CBN newscast Bandila, Jayson also interviews controversial personalities in the segment but in a playful way.
