SOCO hunts down suspect in rape-slay

MANILA, Philippines -Gus Abelgas will shed light on the rape-slay of 21-year-old student Glaudia Schnelli on ABS-CBN’s crime investigation program SOCO: Scene of the Crime Operatives today after Showbiz Inside Report.

SOCO will uncover the Schnelli family’s search for justice via a Facebook campaign page that calls for the capture of prime suspect Felix “Piting” Lasala, a former tricycle driver who used to take and fetch the victim from school.

It was in December 2010 when Mrs. Schnelli found her daughter dead in her room at their Parañaque home. The victim was supposed to finish college three months following her murder.

Felix, the primary suspect, was charged with rape with homicide based on the physical evidence in the crime scene and testimonies of witnesses.
