Dolphy needs our prayers

MANILA, Philippines - In answer to inquiries from Funfare Update readers, we checked with those close to Dolphy what the latest prognosis is after he was rushed to the ICU of an unnamed hospital when he suffered from another attack of asthma.

According to the Funfare Update source, the Comedy King is on respirator and was diagnosed to be also suffering from arrhythmia (“an alteration in rhythm of the heartbeat either in time or force”).

Dolphy has been the subject of morbid rumors since he became scarce almost two years ago. He is known to have a chronic emphysema.

Dolphy is turning 85 on July 25.

His beloved Zsa Zsa Padilla didn’t answer calls for this story.
