New sitcom premieres exclusively on etc

MANILA, Philippines - Meet Jess Day, an offbeat yet sweet 20-something gal who after a bad breakup moves in with three single guys. This dorky and awkward schoolteacher is comfortable in her own skin and is about to get a lesson on being “one of the boys.” Played by Zooey Deschanel, Jess is the lead character of etc’s newest sitcom New Girl that premieres tonight at 7 with two new episodes back-to-back match aired with the U.S.

New Girl also stars  Jake Johnson, Max Greenfield, Damon Wayans Jr. and Hannah Simone.

Created by Liz Meriwether, New Girl features a young ensemble cast that looks to take a fresh and outrageous look at modern male and female relationships.
