CEBU, Philippines - The Siteworks Phils./AMBL coasted to its third consecutive victory at the expense of Sherilin Plastic, 84-82, in the JBA 2nd season at the City Sports Club-Cebu gym.
In the other game, JCI-Mandaue chalked up its first win in style, hacking out a 103-64 rout of the Savers Home Depot.
In the opener of a heavy three-game Sunday schedule, the Cellpod/Threesome demolished Mang Inasal, 93-73, for its second straight victory.
The 3-0 Siteworks/AMBL was led by veteran pointguard Lito Navarro with 15 points. Only Robert Abasolo was the other Siteworks player who chipped in double figures with 10.
Earlier, Jose Lim scored 18 points for Cellpod/Threesome, while James Relampagos and Zed Kangleon added 15 and 12 points, respectively.
In the final match of the day, ex-CDC Stallion Jerome Acebron nailed 15 markers for JCI Mandaue followed by Glenn Cabiluna with 14.
