Alexis Monsanto unveils spring/Summer 2012 collection

CEBU, Philippines - Last September 22,designs by Alexis Monsanto were featured in the first ever 3-D fashion show, as part of the opening night gala for the Los Angeles 3-D Film Festival.

Monsanto gathered his sketches and sewing scissors and brought his couture line to the runway in an exciting and innovative way.

"I saw my first runway show in Manila at 15 years old and I thought I could do better," said Monsanto. "I soon found out, it was not as simple as it appeared. If one wishes to accomplish anything in life, just follow the road toward that aim. Success means having the courage, the determination, and the will to become the person you believe you were meant to be," added Monsanto.

The film festival's opening night gala featured a unique fashion show, showcasing the designs of Alexis Monsanto. The audience had the opportunity to use 3-D glasses, provided at the show, to enjoy Monsanto's latest looks.
