Marking milestone in life could be a very precious and memorable occasion, especially when such affair is blended with warmth and joy. It was a dream come true for Rubylie T. Seldura of Dipolog City, celebrating her 46th birthday with her mother-in-law Paulina Caquejo Seldura.
The lovely celebrator is the wife of Noel Seldura. The couple is blessed with two children, Noel Daniel and Dorothy Gail. They are the owner of the famous Cakehaus Pasalubong in Dipolog City.
