M Lhuillier now accepts GCash transactions

CEBU, Philippines — Over 3,000 outlets of M Lhuillier will now accept GCash Cash-in and Cash-out (CICO) services, joining GCash mission to provide easy access to financial services to a majority of Pinoys.

Through the expanded partnership, more users across the Philippines will have access to cash-in services of up to P8,000 with no extra fees at any of M Lhuillier’s branches nationwide, said Ren-Ren Reyes, president and CEO of G-Xchange, Inc. (GXI), the mobile wallet operator of GCash.

Cash-out transactions, on the other hand, are subject to a minimum two percent fee for amounts over P8,000.00 per month.

“Our goal is to make Filipino lives easier, more convenient, and more secure. We cannot think of a better way to do this than by teaming up with M Lhuillier, which has been serving millions of Filipinos for decades. We are excited to bring accessible and safe cash-in and cash-out services to more Filipinos through this partnership. Likewise, the introduction of GCash CICO services at M Lhuillier is poised to benefit its customer base. This partnership marks M Lhuillier as one of the foremost collaborators with GCash, amplifying its range of services, especially concerning money transfers and various other financial offerings.
