MANILA, Philippines - Marking the completion of structural works at Neopolitan’s first tower, Sta. Lucia Land and its marketing company Asian Pacific Realty & Brokerage Corp. recently topped off the nine-story mid-rise residential condominium at the heart of the Neopolitan Business Park near SM Fairview, Greater Lagro, District 5, Quezon City. The first of a nine-cluster, mid-rise residential condominium project, Neopolitan Tower 1 is the first condominium building to be built in the area, which is poised to be the next super city in Metro Manila. Neopolitan Tower 1 has 191 units comprising of studio units, studio with balcony, one-bedroom units and two-bedroom units making it perfect for singles, couples, or starting families.
