A new one-of-a-kind Toyota Alabang dealership facil- ity was inaugurated recently in elaborate ceremonies. The Toyota Alabang showroom is the first ever dealership in the country seeking LEED Certification. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. The in- novative showroom boasts local environment-friendly materials among other ultra-modern yet environmentally- compatible and sustainable features which are very en- ergy efficient. The event was made even more special as Toyota Alabang was also celebrating its 25 years in the business. Present at the event were Toyota Alabang Inc. chairman and president Cesar Lee, vice chairman Michael Lee and general manager and executive vice presi- dent Jhoanna Lee-See with Toyota Motor Philippines vice chairman Alfred Ty and president Michinobu Sugata who graciously welcomed Toyota Motor Corporation executive vice president Yasumori Ihara, who was among more spe- cial guests who flew in all the way from Japan just for the in- auguration.
