MLQU goes solar

MANILA, Philippines - Energy Secretary Carlos Jericho Petilla (center) leads the signing of an agreement to install solar PV net-metering facilities at Manuel L. Quezon University (MLQU) as part of the department’s goal to double the country’s total renewable energy installation of 5,521 megawatts by encouraging schools to use solar PV systems.
