She headed P&A’s largest group – the audit division — until 2008 and its advisory services which include its risk management services until she retired in 2011. Lily served as the president of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners in 2010. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of the East and placed seventh in the 1981 CPA licensure examination.
