MANILA, Philippines — Tiniyak ng Philippine Navy na hindi papayagan ng pamahalaan na arestuhin ng China ang mga Pinoy sa West Philippine Sea.

“Not only the Philippine Navy but the entire government and nation will not allow this (arrest), based on the pronouncement of our commander-in-chief that this is totally unacceptable,” ani Philippine Navy spokesperson Commodore Roy Trinidad.

Matatandaang nagbanta ang China na aarestuhin nila ang mga ‘trespassers’ sa South China Sea matapos ang isinagawang civilian mission sa West Philippine Sea.

Naglabas na umano ng regulasyon ang China na nagbibigay kapangyarihan sa kanilang coast guard na i-detain ang mga dayuhang papasok sa South China Sea

Magsisimula ang pag-aresto at pagdetine ng China Coast Guard sa mga ‘trespasser’ sa susunod na buwan, ayon sa South China Morning Post report.

Makukulong ng 2 buwan o 60 araw ang dayuhan na trespassing.

Samantala, bineberipika na ng PN ang ulat na may pipe installation sa Scarborough Shoal.

Aniya, maraming paraan upang kumpirmahin ang report kabilang na ang paggamit ng barko, aircraft at maging ng satellite tracking.
