Lahug aduna nay buhatang moatiman niadtong dunay kakulian sa pangisip
CEBU, Philippines — Aduna na’y Barangay Behavioral Health Unit (BBHU) ang Barangay Lahug sa Cebu City nga moatiman sa mental health concerns sa mga residente sa maong barangay.
Ang maong barangay makigalayon Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, mental health department ug ubang mental health facilities ug rehabilitation centers alang sa mga referral.
Duna pud sila’y kolaborasyon sa ubang mga ahensya sa gobyerno nga sama sa Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) ,Department of Education (DepEd) , Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Department of Health (DOH) Philippine National Police (PNO) , Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) , Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) ug Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB).
Gipahimutang ang BBHU sa Lahug Wellness Center nga maoy nagsilbing “one-stop shop’, alang sa multi-service facility nga naestablisar pinasubay sa ordinansa nga nabuhat kaniadto sa kanhi konsehal sa siyudad nga si Mary Ann De Los Santos.
Una na nga gibutyag sa kanhi konsehal nga dako kaayo og matabang sa katilingban ang maong butang.
Makonsiderar nga ang BBHU mao usab ang magsilbing instrumento aron mahatagan og aksyon ang nagkadaiyang suliran sa katawhan.
