Sayo nga curfew gipatuman sa liloan
CEBU, Philippines — Sugod kagahapon, mas sayo na ang curfew nga gipatuman sa lungsod sa Liloan.
Kini base sa Executive Order No. 2020 -11 ni Liloan Mayor Christina Frasco, diin ang curfew sa lungsod mag sugod alas 8 sa gabii hangtud alas 5 sa buntag.
...”shall be strictly implemented to the effect that any persons violating the same shall be apprehended, prosecuted, and imposed with mandatory 8-hour community service in the Barangay where apprehended without prejudice to the penalties resulting from prosecution” pagbasa sa maong EO.
Exempted hinoon sa municipal-wide curfew mao ang mga trabahante nga mopadulong ug gikan sa ilang trabahoan, kinahanglan lang mopakita og valid ID o certificate of employment pagpamatood nga siya exempted worker.
Dili usab apil sa maong order ang mga health personnel, security personnel, public officials nga nagtrabaho sa ilang official functions, pari o religious leaders nga mopahigayon og religious sacraments, mga modeliver sa goods ug basic services, ug katong mga exempted ubos sa EO sa gobernador., “Persons transiting through Liloan and travelling to and from the North of Cebu, but without making any stops within the Municipality of Liloan” pagbasa sa maong EO.
Apil sa mga exempted ang mga tawo nga mo byahe alang sa medikal o emergency kon diin kinahanglan adunay medical certificate/ prescription sa doctor; ug kadtong mga nag trabaho isip mga frontliner.
Samtang ang ubang mga exemption kinahanglan pa ug approval gikan sa buhatan sa mayor.
Ang tanang public ug private nga wet ug dry market ang mosira sa alas 6 sa gabii , ug ang ubang mga establisemento nga gitugtan nga mag operate ubos sa GCQ kinahanglan mosirado sa alas 7 sa gabii , gawas niadtong gitugtan nga mo-operate og 24 oras o katong nag offer og frontline services, emergency, health services, medicines ingon man medical supplies. /MEL (BANATNEWS)
