MANILA, Philippines — Isa na ngayong certified entrepreneur si Liza Soberano. Pinasok na rin ni Liza ang wellness industry with her very own HOPE Hand and Foot Wellness.
Para kay Liza na ang real name ay Hope Elizabeth Soberano, naniniwala siyang wellness goes beyond beauty.
“Wellness impacts more than meets the eye. It is all about making us feel better holistically, from head to toe, body to soul,” sey ni Liza.
Ibinahagi pa ng bagong Darna ang kanyang wellness ritual kung saan gumagamit siya ng napakaraming essential and organic oils para raw ma-relax ang kanyang paa’t kamay and also to boost her body and spirit.
“I am a great believer that wellness is essential in making us the best version that we can be. HOPE Hand and Foot Wellness is the first manifestation of the HOPE Wellness brand. We want this to be the go-to place for everyone and anyone who wants to feel better. HOPE is open to people of all ages, genders and walks of life,” dagdag pa ni Liza na nag-promise na gaano man siya ka-busy ay pagtutuunan at talagang magiging hands-on siya sa operations ng kanyang wellness center.
Siniguro rin ng aktres na aktibo siya mula sa conceptualization hanggang sa actual construction ng lugar na pinagtayuan ng bagong negosyo.

Coleen tinalikuran na ang pagiging insecure
Ibinuko ng aktres na si Coleen Garcia na hindi talaga parte ng pangarap niya ang maging TV host at actress.
“Initially, it really wasn’t part of the plan. It never was a goal or a dream. It’s something that I really just left my comfort zone for,” sey ni Coleen.
Aminado ang aktres na noong bata pa siya ay talagang tahimik at mahiyain siya. Mas gusto nga raw niya iyong hindi napapansin kesa sa maging bida ng mga usapan.
Ngayon nga ay ’di kataka-takang nag-transfrom na si Coleen into an outgoing and confident TV personality na nangyari nang maging part siya ng ABS-CBN variety show na It’s Showtime.
“It was so hard being in front of a live audience and being on TV live every single day, especially for someone like me. But I feel like that was the turning point in my career, because it really taught me how to be confident in my own skin. Because if you’re not confident, if you’re not sure about what you’re doing, if you’re shy, if you have reservations, hesitations, it’s all gonna be seen.”
Minsan ay hindi raw niya maiiwasang isipin na para siyang nasa loob ng isang aquarium kung saan ang lahat ay inoobserbahan siya. Lalo raw siyang nahirapan dahil sa social media kung saan bawat galaw niya ay tiyak na may basher na sumusulpot.
Ganun pa man, hindi nagpadaig si Coleen sa mga takot na nararamdaman niya dahil mas importante na ma-overcome ang kanyang doubts and worries. Noong una raw ay nahirapan siyang maging confident pero kalaunan ay mas minahal na niya ang sarili kasama pa ang kanyang imperfections.
“Well, having the power to transform does not necessarily mean having the power to completely change who you are, or to completely change what you believe in. For me, the way I see it, transformation is more on betterment. It’s more on becoming the best version of yourself each time you transform. It’s more on working towards a goal, and actually achieving that goal. It’s more of a transition for me.”
Dahil sa kanyang matapang na personalidad, perfect representation si Coleen ng Cream Silk Hair Fall Defense variant. Hindi kasi siya takot na ilabas ang kanyang pagiging unique.
