Cebu bettor wins P28.2-M lotto pot

MANILA, Philippines -  A bettor from Cebu City won the jackpot of the 6/42 Regular Lotto drawn on Thursday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced yesterday. 

Alexander Balutan, PCSO general manager, said the still unidentified winner hit the six-digit winning combination 05-36-01-04-27-41, which had the  jackpot  of P 28,262,908. 

Balutan said the winning ticket was bought from a lotto outlet in Barangay Mabolo.

Sixteen other bettors won P25,000 each for guessing five of the winning numbers.

The 6/42 Regular Lotto is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
