Fire in BGC building reaches 3rd alarm

MANILA, Philippines - The fire in One World Place in 32nd St., Bonifacio Global City in Taguig has reached the third alarm on Thursday morning. The cause is still being investigated, according to reports.

A special response unit was deployed to rescue people trapped on top of the building. Two people were seen rapelling down from the building without a harness.

Construction workers still in danger. The two are repelling down one side and the others are still stuck on top.
