Chris Brown rants on video, 'What is going on?'

MANILA, Philippines – Chris Brown is clueless.

On Wednesday, Brown posted on his Instagram account a video asking what is happening. The post came after the Department of Justice issued a lookout bulletin order after receiving a letter from Maligaya Development Corp. (MDC) which was set to file charges of estafa against Brown and his promoter John Michael Pio Roda.

"Can somebody tell me what the f*** is going on? I don’t know, I’m reading headlines after headlines,” he said.

He even posted a video of him goofing around as he kills time at his hotel room.

The DOJ's order stemmed from a request made by Iglesia Ni Cristo chief legal counsel Glicerio Santos IV, who is also MDC chief, seeking to a case against the international singer.

Brown was supposed to have a show in Hong Kong on Wednesday night, while he canceled his show in Jakarta on Friday “due to safety concerns” that he announced through his Twitter account.
