MANILA, Philippines — The Senate committee on constitutional amendments and revision of codes will conduct a hearing on the proposed amendments to the 1987 Constitution.
On Tuesday night, the House of Representatives voted to adopt a resolution convening Congress into a constituent assembly for charter change. The measure would be sent to the Senate for concurrence.
