Angel Locsin welcomes the New Year with new tele-serye

MANILA, Philippines- Angel Locsin will welcome 2014 with a new tele-serye.

ABS-CBN released the teaser trailer of Angel’s upcoming tele-serye “The Legal Wife” in their YouTube channel.

The trailer shows Adrian (Jericho Rosales) proposing to Monica (Angel), and later on getting married. Yet their marriage faces a trial as Monica catches Adrian having an affair with Nicole (Maja Salvador).

One of the most moving parts of the trailer is  the confrontation between Angel and Maja. In the scene, Maja said “Mahal ko si Adrian, akin siya! Akin!” and in cue Angel slaps her and replies, “Akin lang ang asawa ko!”

The second one is the confrontation between Angel and Jericho, after the former discovered the latter’s infidelity.

Jericho said, “Hindi ko sinasadya…” and again, Angel slaps him and replies, “Hindi mo sinasadyang dalawa kami? Sabi mo ako lang!”

Also seen in the triler is the new Kapamilya JC de Vera, playing the role of Max, who comforts Monica during the lowest point of her life.

This tele-serye is one thing that Angel’s fans have been looking forward to after her last tele-serye “Imortal” in 2010.

Meanwhile, this  Jericho's follow up TV project after the 2012 tele-serye “Dahil sa Pag-ibig,” and Maja Salvador’s latest after the successful “Ina, Kapatid, Anak” which wrapped up  earlier this year.

“The Legal Wife” will air this January on ABS-CBN.
