Angara: Gov't officials should be accessible to public

Government officials need to make themselves accessible to the public, especially with the availability of social networking sites that open channels for communication, senatorial candidate Edgardo "Sonny" Angara said.

"Democracy is really about interaction between those who govern and those who are being governed," he said.
