How to make effective family business agreements

MANILA, Philippines - The Center for Global Best Practices is holding a special seminar titled “Best Practices In Family Business Governance and Crafting of Family Constitution” on April 21, 2017 at the Marriott Hotel, Resorts World Complex, Pasay City.  In this program, CGBP will teach participants how to create family councils, address family assemblies and meetings, and resolve business issues among family members effectively.

This seminar will feature Jacob Cabochan, former director of the Family Business Development Center of the John Gokongwei School of Management of the Ateneo de Manila University. He specializes in facilitating family businesses in crafting their family constitution and regularly gives talks on family enterprise management, family constitution and professionalizing the family business.
