Ayala Land Premier builds new luxury project in Makati
MANILA, Philippines – Ayala Land Premier (ALP) is building a new ultra-luxury development in Makati set to generate P20.5 billion in sales for the first tower alone.
Called Park Central Towers, ALP’s new project will rise on a 15,860-square meter property at the corner of Paseo de Roxas and Makati Avenue.
ALP sales head Mike Jugo said the first of the two-tower project would have 281 private residences with 12 different unit designs and layouts.
The 69-story Park Central South Tower would sell for an average price of about P300,000 per square meter, Jugo said.
“ALP competes in a valuable segment of the market. The players are very select, and it is by delivering these one-of-a-kind properties in choice locations that ALP handily distinguishes itself,” he added.
Park Central South Tower is initially being offered to ALP’s “most loyal customers” only and 116 units have been sold so far, including a $10-million unit—the most expensive primary condominium unit sold in the Philippines to date.
Jugo said the positive reception to its Park Central Towers project has led the company to post its highest ever monthly sales of P8.5 billion in June.
Turnover of the units is scheduled to begin in 2024.
“This will be our most iconic property to date. This will be a development so prime in location, design and living experience that it will change the Makati cityscape,” Jugo said.
