Vista Residences unveils latest offering

MANILA, Philippines - Vista Residences, the residential condominium arm of the Villar family, has unveiled its latest offering, Crown Asia Residences Wack-Wack, with an estimated sales value of around P5 billion.

The 38-story Crown Asia Wack Wack is among the 10 projects under the Crown Asia Residences brand, which caters to the upper-middle income market.

To rise on a prime property located at the corner of Laurel St. and Shaw Blvd., the project will offer a total of 1,502 studio and one to two-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 20.65 square meters to 49.2 sqm. each.

Other projects under the Crown Asia Residences brand include The Symphony Tower at Quezon City South Triangle, Will Tower along Eugene Lopez Drive (Quezon City), Crown Tower University Belt in Manila, The Currency at the Ortigas Business Center, Salcedo Square in Makati, Brescia Residence in Fairview (Quezon City) , Pine Crest in New Manila, and Presidio at Lakefront Sucat, and Madison Place.

The Symphony Tower is a mixed-use, master planned complex standing tall in Quezon City’s South Triangle while Crown Tower University Belt is a 25-story condominium.

Vista Land & Landscapes Inc., the country’s largest homebuilder, will be employing the vertical village concept which will allow residents in its condominium projects to enjoy the spacious comfort usually available only to subdivision and townhouse residents.

The company has set a capital spending of P15.2 billion this year, including vertical projects.

Vista Land posted first semester net earnings of P2.17 billion, up 25 percent form the same period in 2011 on the back of higher revenues.
