WATCH: Obama stresses level playing field to TPP members

MANILA, Philippines - United States President Barack Obama on Wednesday delivered his remarks during a meeting on the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) in Manila, prior to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Economic Leaders' Meeting.

The gathering was the first meeting of the leaders of the 12 countries (Singapore, Brunei, New Zealand, Chile, United States, Australia, Peru, Vietnam, Malaysia, Mexico, Canada and Japan) from the Asia Pacific region after concluding the agreement.

In his speech, Obama emphasized the importance of creating an open level playing field among TPP members.
