I thought we heard the last of “tuob” (steam inhalation) controversy after the DOH and the WHO announced that it’s not a cure for Covid-19, an EAR informer said.  But in a recent tourism-related gathering in a Cebu island, people who attended the event, and at risk of getting the virus (as there was no distancing at all), were advised by the town mayor to undergo steam inhalation.  “Ato na lang ni obserbahan og dili ba modaghan ang mga matakdan dinhi,” a worried resident said.
