The areas they forgot

POROUS BORDERS. A sitio in one barangay in Cebu City is so zealous in security it put up a “checkpoint” to make sure only residents could enter. But what they forgot was that it had so many other entrances and exits in between houses and empty lots in its area.

“Ila gibantayan og maayo ang atubangan, pero ang luyo og kilid wa g’yud,” one resident said.
