Is this aircon taxi?

AIRCON TAXIS. There are taxis operating in the city which are supposed to be air-conditioned but whose aircon units only blow air, sometimes hot air. "This could be embarrassing for Cebu if a foreign tourist or tourists happen to ride in any of these taxis," according to a tourist guide.

EMBARRASSED. This tourist guide told an Ear informer that there was one occasion when he was so embarrassed as two tourists he was guiding kept fanning themselves with newspaper and eventually asked him to transfer to another taxi with functioning aircon system.
