FUTILE. The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has directed all jeepney drivers and conductors to wear face masks. However, some passengers observed this changed nothing. The drivers and conductors wear face masks but still pull them down under the chin to be able to talk to passengers and each other.
