STL outlet open already?

LEGAL? Numbers games have not yet been cleared for resumption of operations in Cebu City. However, there are reports that some STL outlets are already resuming operations.

A photo of one of these outlets was posted in social media recently, raising suspicions that some authorities were bribed to allow the outlet to operate.

“Dako man kaayo ang sign nga ‘Open,’ pero ambot ba og naa’y namalit,” a netizen said.
