UNDETECTED. A store owner talking with a neighbor wondered aloud why her water bill ran into the thousands of pesos this month. The neighbor said he noticed a busted pipe that had been leaking for almost two weeks already just a short distance away.
It turns out the busted pipe was hers.
“Grabe, duha na na ka semana wa g’yud mo kamatikod inyo ‘tong tubo?” the neighbor said.
