A motorist who was stuck in traffic at the Cebu South Coastal Road managed to compare the time slot allocated for “go” signal for motorists passing by the Talisay area and the time slot for motorists plying the peripheral roads leading to the interiors of the city of Talisay. He said: "it's very unfair."
