SORE EYES. A Caucasian man who boarded a jeepney somewhere in Natalio Bacalso Ave. looked surprised when he saw the other passengers covering their eyes with their hands, some with handkerchief. Midway to his destination (Colon St.) the Caucasian joined the other passengers in also covering his face with a handkerchief.
LAUGHTER. When he got off before reaching Colon, the Caucasian man caused laughter among the passengers who covered their eyes and faces because they suspected the Caucasian man to have sore eyes as his eyes were reddish. And the Caucasian did not know why the passengers with him covered their eyes.
