CEBU, Philippines – A 34-year-old man is now being hunted by the Talisay City Police after he allegedly shot a 68-year-old man at around 6:20 a.m. yesterday in Sitio Sambagan, San Isidro, Talisay City.
Report said Judy Parba, a resident of Barangay Tabunok of the same city, came to the residence of Loreto Parba, 68, and shot the latter who was just standing outside his house.
The victim, who was hit in the left waist, was rushed to the Talisay District Hospital. He was declared out of harm's way yesterday.
Meanwhile, the suspect who fled shortly after the commission of the crime still remains at large as of this writing.
Investigators at the Talisay City Police Station's Homicide Division led by Senior Police Officer 1 Mikie Espina said they were still probing into the motive of the shooting.
